Accordingly, Zezawah Garden Housing, a joint venture with May Flower Trading Co., Ltd. and Department of Human Settlement & Housing Development, has come into existence.
The project stands close to Zezawah Estate Housing Project at the corner of Parami and Than Thumar Roads, South Okkalapa Township. The estate consists of 43 detached houses standing on 8.324 acres of land. The construction began in December 1994 and concluded in February 1997. True to its name, the estate has its own swimming pool, Club House and flower garden, with each house standing on its own lot filled up with flowering plants. With the security around the clock, Zezawah Garden Housing ensures a truly reliable modem standard of living.
 

May Garden Nursery Project lies in the south of Yangon-Pathein Highway at Ward 15, Hlaing Tharyar Township, Yangon. The project was jointly developed by ChinSu (Myanmar) Co., Ltd, May Flower Trading Co., Ltd. and Department of Human Settlement & Housing Development. The implementation began in May 1997. The total area covers 120 acres. About 30 acres out of it have now been converted into nurseries.

This project started in April 1997 and the fist phase was completed in December 1998. There are 3-storeyd and 5-storeyed condo-buildings with 80 rooms each on 4 acres of land.
