Yadanar Condominium
Yadanar Condominium, the first ever housing project was built by
Chin Su (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. in collaboration with May Flower
Trading Co., Ltd. and the Ministry of Agriculture. It is
situated at 9th Mile, Pyay Road, Mayangon Township. The
construction began in January 1994 and concluded in February
1995. The six-storeyed Yadanar Condominium measuring 256 ft x
120 ft is made up of 56 apartments.
Yadanar Condominium is home of the headquarters or Chin Su
(Myanmar) Co., Ltd., a sales centre of Myanmar Farms Enterprise,
and some other companies / enterprises.

 Kamarkyi
Housing Project, the second housing project was developed by
Chin Su (Myanmar) Co., Ltd., in collaboration with May Flower
Trading, Co., Ltd., Department of Human Settlement & Housing
Development. It is located at the corner of Than Thumar Road and
Kamarkyi Street, Thuwunna, Thingangyun Township. The
construction of 2.957-acre Kamarkyi Housing Project began in
November 1994 and was completed in July 1996. It has 13 detached
houses as well as shophouses.

Aung Yadanar Housing

Yadanar Housing Project, a joint venture or Chin Su (Myanmar)
Co., Ltd. with Department of Human Settlement & Housing
Development and May Flower Trading Co., Ltd., lies near the
junction of Aung Yadanar Street and Than Thumar Road, in
Thuwunna, Thingangyun Township.
The construction began in December 1994 and was finished in July
1996. The 3.57-acre housing project has 13 single houses as well
as detached shophouses.
